Emerald City Comic Con + Mermin Buzz

This weekend I'll be at Emerald City Comic Con!  It's my first time at the show, but I've heard good things.  I often hear it referred to as a West Coast equivalent to Heroes Con, which is always super fun, so I'm looking forward to it.  I'll be at the Oni Press table (Booth 902) signing copies of Mermin Vol. 1!  They've got me booked for Friday 6:00-7:45pm & Saturday 5:00-6:45pm, so please come by!  I'll also have copies of Mermin Theatre, Kaijuphabet, and the Monster Isle minis.  And I've still got plenty of free stickers to throw in with the purchase of a Mermin book!  Looks like I'll be sharing signing times with Chuck BB, artist of the great Black Metal series and fellow Flight contributor!

The following week - Wednesday, March 6 to be exact, is my signing at Things From Another World in Portland, OR!  If you are in Portland, please stop by and check it out!  The previous link is to a Facebook event I created for the signing, but TFAW also has their own Facebook event, which they'll update from time to time.  Add yourself to one or the other, and I'll see you there!  Mini-comics and free stickers will be at this as well.

Speaking of Mermin, the signings at Bizarro Wuxtry in Athens and Criminal Records in Atlanta have passed, and they were great!  Thanks to everyone who came and got a signed copy, and thanks to both stores for being such wonderful hosts! 

Word about Mermin is starting to spread online.  For instance, Jarrett Krosoczka (author of the Lunch Lady and Punk Farm series) blogged about it and The Big Planet Comics Podcast (review starts about 41 minutes in) gave it their "highest recommendation!"
